1994 XCR Heat Transfer Seat Decal Set

This is one set (2 sides) of heat transfer iron on seat decals for a 1994 XCR.

Colors may vary from the photo and the original. I have done my best to get the colors, size and font as close to original as possible, but i do not claim these to be oem replicas.

NOTE: We are not responsible for damaged seats from installation. Manufacture heat recommendations for this vinyl is 300 degrees F. Improper installation will melt your seat! There is a very fine line between melting your cover and not having the decals stick. The following procedure is how i install these on my personal sleds.

Tools needed. Paper towels, household rubbing alcohol, clothing iron, temp gun, parchment paper.

1. Clean and dry seat. It is extremely important to have your seat clean and dry or they wont stick. Do not use an oil based cleaner, rubbing alcohol is recommended.

2. Make sure your iron is heated to 300 degrees F.

3. Place your decal, they cling lightly. be careful not to drop them. 1 at a time is recommended.

4. Place parchment paper over decal and begin to heat. DO NOT let the iron touch the bare seat, it will melt.

5. Begin to heat the decal, keep the iron moving slowly. Leaving it in one position will melt the seat and decal.

6. After a short time you will see the decal start to blend with the seat, You then can slowly peel a corner of the clear film.

7. Don't rush it. if the logo stays with the film, it needs more heat. You can use a little pressure to get it to stick.

8. Once the clear backing is peeled, let the seat cover cool off for 5 minutes or so, then go back over the logo with parchment paper and the iron. you will see the logo take the texture of the seat.
